Frame37 is a photo app for your own library. It catalogs the photos already on your computer, learns your style, your people and your places from them, fixes photos the way you would have, and generates the photos you never took. The name refers to a 35 mm roll of film, which has 36 exposures; frame 37 is the one you did not get.
